Shrubs larger than 1 gallon can not be shipped.

Most shrubs will not be ready before the first week of June when they are fully leafed out.

2 and 3 Gallon Pot

Best grown in acidic, well-drained loams in part shade. This species of azalea is tolerant of moist to wet soils. It also tolerates periodic flooding but will not grow in soils where the roots are submerged in water. Roots must never be allowed to dry out. Do not cultivate around the shrub as it has a shallow root system and will benefit from a good mulch. Hummingbirds, long-tongued bees and butterflies with their long proboscis all coevolved allowing them to reach the nectar wells hidden deep within the throat of the flower. The azalea miner (Andrena cornelli) is the only specialist pollinator designed to carry azalea pollen, a critical part of their diet.
