Refund policy
We guarantee our plants will arrive healthy and ready to be planted. If your plants are damaged during shipment please contact us immediately at orders@bagleypondperennials.com. Please include photos and written details with your claim.
Claims for a credit or replacement for potted plants and bare roots must be received within 60 days of delivery. Please send photos and a written description of planting site, care given and any other details to orders@bagleypondperennials.com. If it is decided that a replacement is needed we will send a replacement (if available) or issue a credit.
Claims for all other products must be received within 72 hours after receipt.
