Lladro is a Spanish company based in Tavernes Blanques, Valencia, that produces high-end porcelain figurines. It was founded in 1953 by three brothers, Juan, José and Vicente Lladró. Their early works were inspired by the sculptures of Meissen and Capodimonte.
Lladro figurines are known for their distinctive, almost ethereal, quality. The company's early pieces often depicted scenes from everyday life, but they soon expanded to include more elaborate and fantastical subjects. These figurines are highly collectible and sought after by enthusiasts worldwide.
