Jack-in-the-Pulpit is a striking woodland plant that thrives in moist soils, often found in forest floors or along streambanks. It prefers shaded or partially shaded environments. This unique perennial features a hooded structure and blooms in spring, attracting a variety of pollinators. Jack in the Pulpit also provides valuable early season  nectar for flies and beetles, which are drawn to the plant's unique odor.
