Slender Mountain Mint, has clusters of showy white/lavender flowers that bloom in mid-to-late summer. This mint grows to be 2’-4’ tall and spreads by rhizomes to form small colonies. Slender Mountain Mint grows best in full or partial sun and prefers medium-wet soil. It does have a particularly strong mint aroma, especially when crushed or cut. Bees and butterflies love their flowers and deer enjoy consuming the foliage.
